Delivery & Returns Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment.
We ship to all addresses worldwide!
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are posted the same day via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class as selected. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on the weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following working business day.
If your order is not received within 14 days, please Contact Us by submitting a form including your name and order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Orders & Cancellations
Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to be processed. An 'Order Confirmation' email will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.
All orders once placed cannot be amended. Order cancellation requests will be considered if not yet dispatched, but are not guaranteed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Customers can return orders for a refund if they are in their original packaging unopened and unused.
Orders unsuccessfully delivered which are sent back to Milk Lashes will be considered as a return order and customers will be issued a refund.
The Milk Lashes promise is to offer 100% satisfaction on all orders.
If you are not happy with your order, we will offer a refund for all unused and unopened products. Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days of payment. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please return your unwanted items to the address provided in the Order Summary sheet. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
If your order is returned after 30 days, we will offer the equivalent amount into store credit. We currently do not accept exchanges on any orders.
Should you receive a defective order, please Contact Us by submitting a form including your order number and a summary of the issue. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days of payment. After this period, customers will only be offered store credit.
If the product is deemed defective by the Milk Lash team, we will issue a refund or replacement of the same item.
